Our firm is founded
Our investment track record stretches back nearly thirty years
We consider our partners pioneers in wealth management. Our first investment vehicle in the alternative investment area was opened in 1987 and has produced a long-term record of growing and protecting client assets over time through numerous market cycles.
Our firm registers with the SEC as an investment advisor
We are focused on regulatory compliance and providing transparency to our clients. We have been registered with various agencies, including the SEC, NFA, and CFTC, for nearly 15 years, well before regulations required us to register.
Launch of our insurance dedicated funds
We couple our investment advice with innovative tax planning. We believe after-tax returns are important and focus on tax-efficient investment planning. Our insurance dedicated funds, which we established over ten years ago, are an example of a structure that can provide significant tax benefits to our clients.
Over $5 billion in assets
Client assets surpassed $5 billion in 2006 and are over $10 billion today. We believe our longevity and size have provided us the opportunity to develop an uncommon level of insight into, and access to, various investment strategies.
We are committed to the future
In December 2014, we were pleased to welcome two new
partners to our firm: Kurt Dudas and Hannah Mensch. We believe this step was an important part of our continued growth and demonstrates our commitment to serving our clients’ needs for generations to come.
